Delivery conditions and costs

A: For Belgium

Your packages are sent with our partner Bpost, via the Bpack 24 Hours service. Shipping costs are set at €9.50.

Shipments to Belgium are made via Bpack-Sécur, including automatic insurance covering loss and damage to packages up to a maximum amount of €500.00 .

For any order placed on www.aromassacre .com of an amount equal to or greater than 75.00 €, shipping costs are FREE for deliveries in Belgium only.

B: Other countries

European Union: Shipping costs are calculated according to the current rates of the Belgian Post Office.
Rest of the world: Shipping costs are also calculated based on Belgian Post rates.

We cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage to packages during postal transport. However, our shipments to Belgium and Europe benefit from automatic insurance of up to €500.00 to cover these eventualities.

We deliver to Belgium as well as other European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and weight of the order.

Shipping costs in Europe

Shipping costs for deliveries within Europe are calculated automatically during the ordering process based on the destination and weight of the package.

Delivery times

  • Belgium: Delivery estimated between 3 and 5 working days after validation of the order.
  • Europe: Delivery estimated between 5 and 10 working days, depending on destination.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a link to track the delivery of your package.

Express delivery

An express delivery service is available in Belgium for an additional charge of €10, with a guaranteed delivery time of 1 to 2 working days.

Receipt of order

When receiving your order, we recommend that you check the condition of the products. If you find any damaged items, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange an exchange or refund.
